A New Journey

The journey and walk with God that you go through is never ending. And always growing. Because you are human, you may backslide, go back to old cycles, and sin again. But the amazing thing is, God so loved the world, He gave His only begotten Son for the forgiving of our sins, and for our healing. And He knew that, although we may or may not be saved, we would mess up again. The important thing is, to repent and ask for forgiveness. And more importantly, turn back to Him.

A prominent figure that we can look at is King David. King David was a man favored by God, after God's own heart. A man who wrote the Psalms, and had it on his heart to build the temple of God, but he was also a sinner. He did many things wrong, but because he repented, and turned back to God, God forgave Him. God kept David, and was his refuge in the times of trouble. So on today, I encourage you, whatever is weighing on your heart, and that doesn't seem to be getting better, repent and give it to God. And above all, have faith that He can create in you a clean heart, and renew your spirit.
